STORE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not in love with your item, contact us within 30 days. We handle every issue on a case-by-case basis and we'll do what it takes to make it right.

 

Please remember to review your order, size, color choice and shipping info prior to sending your order for processing. Some Items may be made to order to your specifications and cannot be resold. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about the order and processing times which are 1-4 business days for almost all clothing items.

 

If ...

 

Your item arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged or in any way defective we will resolve the problem immediately. Simply send a photo of the issue to returns@howl-rockdesignerclothing.com and we will get a new item to you or issue a store credit!

 

If ...

 

Your item arrives later than we guaranteed, contact one of our friendly Customer reps and we will provide 5%-10% off your next order.

 

Expedited Delivery

If you need your order quickly, our Express option (1 to 4 business days through Fedex) may be the way to go. We are not responsible for delays by our carriers but we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise. All Fedex Express orders will provide tracking info to any customers.

 

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) We also offer PAYPAL PAYMENTS". If you have an account on PayPal.com, and if you have your credit card and address saved in your PAYPAL account, then it might make sense to use this option FOR a more detailed breakdown of your order and even the exchange rates that were applied. You will still check out on our site, but you will be able to select payment and shipping options from the saved info you provide

 

Shipping

At Howl&Rock Designer Fashion Co, we believe in delivering your order to you as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

CANADA & USA

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a fee of $15.45 CAD will be charged to reship the package for domestic CANADIAN shipments OR and a fee of $20 USD to reship UNITED STATES packages.

 

International shipments

might cost more. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping charges on International orders are as low as $15 CAD and are not eligible for free shipping at the moment. Please visit our International Shipping FAQ for more details. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes that your country may charge.

 

To Place an Order

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We highly recommend that all orders are placed through our website. If you have questions, we'd be happy to walk you through the process over the phone or via our chat feature (available in the header of this page). To place your final order, we recommend using our design center so that you can make sure everything is exactly the way you want, including spelling, colors, etc. Coupons and Promotions

To redeem coupon codes online, you must enter your coupon code in your shopping cart while checking out. You will find the promo code field on the lower left part of the page, just below your last item. Don't forget to click apply. Your price will adjust with the use of a valid coupon code. Coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon or group discount. No adjustments on previous purchases. Coupons and promotions offered may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

 

Change to Order

We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 1 hour by either email or phone. After 1 hour we can not guarantee your order can be changed as it has begun the customization process.

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be done within 1 hour after placing an order. There will be a 50% production fee based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded).

To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, your card will be charged the day you place your order. We will get your order started the following business day. If your order is canceled for any reason, be assured that we will initiate your refund within 24 hours. Please be aware your bank may take 5-10 business days to process the refund and credit your account.

Back Orders & Discontinued Items

We monitor our the inventory of our vendors constantly. If it looks like our vendors are running out of an item, we try very hard to pause the item before their inventories get to zero. However, if our vendors are suddenly out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value or receive a full refund.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices, special offers and sale pricing appearing on the website are subject to change without prior notice. At Howl-rockdesignerclothing.com we are committed to providing our customer with the best quality product at the lowest prices. We do our best to maintain the low prices you are accustom to; however, there are things beyond our control that will cause periodic price increases. We do not offer price adjustments on purchases due to changes in special offers, sale items or increase in selling price.

Community Guidelines

We want our websites to be a safe and healthy environment for our users and our customers and our team members. If you have a customer service issue, we recommend that you contact our customer service department directly, as this will be the fastest way to get a response. Please see our Contact Us page. If you have a question about your order, and you contact us through social media (such as Facebook or Twitter) we will respond and more than likely we will move the conversation to email, chat, or phone, and off of our social media pages.

The following actions are prohibited: 

  • Name calling, whether it is directed at us or at another user.

  • Spam or link baiting via comments and posts.

  • Commercial solicitations or promoting a competitor.
